Meet Dr. Alex

Hi, I’m Dr. Alex, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and pelvic health specialist with over 15 years of experience treating people across the lifespan. I’m a proud Northeastern University graduate and passionate about helping people understand their bodies and feel empowered in their healing.

My specialties include pelvic floor therapy for pregnancy and postpartum, menopause, prostate and other urogynecological cancers, and bowel, bladder, and sexual health concerns. I am certified in Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute, a gentle technique that releases organ tension to relieve pelvic and core dysfunction. I also have advanced prolapse training/pessary fitting expertise through Women’s Health Training Associates. I work with adults of all gender expressions and am honored to serve the LGBTQIA+ community. While living in New Orleans, I partnered with the NOLA Transgender Institute, supporting individuals undergoing gender-affirming surgeries. I also co-host (along with Dr. Rebecca Howard Eudy) “Under the Hood”, a podcast that brings clinical insight and real-world conversation to topics of sex, intimacy, and pelvic health.

Outside the clinic, I love spending time with my husband and two kids, catching up with girlfriends, and enjoying great food (my husband’s a fantastic cook!). Fun facts: I’ve run two marathons, played rugby in college, and once worked on a vineyard in New Zealand.

Meet Dr. Christine

Hi there! I’m Christine, a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Boston Pelvic Physical Therapy. I have advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, as well as advanced prolapse training/pessary fitting expertise through Women’s Health Training Associates. I am a certified pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist. I am also certified in Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute, a gentle technique that releases organ tension to relieve pelvic and core dysfunction. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University at Albany and my DPT from Franklin Pierce University.

Pelvic health has become a true passion of mine. I enjoy working with all gender expressions, supporting and managing pelvic pain, bladder and bowel concerns, as well pre and post-surgical. I strive to create a safe, and encouraging space for people to move and feel better.

Outside of the clinic, I live north of Boston with my husband, and our dog, Sawyer. I enjoy trying new recipes and restaurants, traveling, and being outside. Two fun facts about me are that I ran the 2025 Boston Marathon and have traveled to Asia!

Meet Dr. Katie

Hello, I’m Dr. Katie, a pelvic health physical therapist at Boston Pelvic PT. I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University and my undergraduate degree in Psychology from The Catholic University of America—both of which deepened my love for movement, the human body, and helping others feel better in theirs.

My passion for pelvic health grew from my own search for relief from pelvic pain and a better quality of life. I’m certified through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and have additional training in sports medicine, advanced dry needling, and postpartum corrective exercise. I work with adults of all gender expressions, including those navigating birth prep and postpartum recovery, pain with intimacy, leaking during workouts, prostate and sexual health dysfunction, and healing from pelvic surgeries. I am also certified in Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute, a gentle technique that releases organ tension to relieve pelvic and core dysfunction.

My passion for sport performance stems from my history as a collegiate Division III lacrosse player and two-time marathon runner, which inspired me to develop and lead the Return to Running program here at Boston Pelvic PT. My goal is to help you move better and feel more in control of your body.

Outside the clinic, I love cooking, traveling, skiing, and hiking around Boston with my husband and daughter.
